To order your calendar, give us a call at 253-261-2163, or click on the appropriate ‘Order Form’ button above and complete the PDF form that contains the ordering details. Email the completed form to: Info@casinocalendars.com  We will then give you a call and get the design process started.  

Follow these instructions for customizing your calendar. To assist in making the process of customizing the inside pages easy, 2 different forms are provided for your convenience.  Choose one above and follow the directions provided in the instructions and on this sample calendar page.

Your order can be placed at any time and your calendars will be delivered within 5 weeks after final proof approval.  Allow  2-4 weeks for the design process depending on the level of complexity including design of a custom cover if requested.
